All roads now lead to the 2021 NRL Grand Final with the NRL Finals now open and ready for excellent betting opportunities. (All odds below from the best betting apps and game venues & times are current at the time of writing and subject to change without notice).

Melbourne Storm vs Manly Sea Eagles (Qualifying Final)

September 10 – Sunshine Coast Stadium – Kawana – Sunshine Coast – 7.50pm

The reigning Premiers, the Melbourne Storm and the red-hot and in-form Manly Sea Eagles meet a top-notch qualifying final on Friday night. Common sense says it should be the Storm’s match to lose, however, the two teams come into the match moving in different directions.
Manly are in-form and fully fit while the Storm have been less than impressive the last 2 weeks against the Eels and Sharks. A question marks hangs over the fitness of Melbourne game breakers, Cameron Muster and Josh Addo-Carr, meaning this match could be in the balance. Does an upset await?

Bet on Manly to Win – $2.90

Sydney Roosters vs Gold Coast Titans (Elimination Final)

September 11 – Queensland Country Bank Stadium – Townsville – 5.40pm

The top bookmakers have the Roosters as deserved out-and-out favourites to end the Titans season in the Elimination Final in Townsville. The Roosters will be looking to celebrate Daniel Tupou’s 200th match for the Tricolours with victory, and they should also be welcoming back key forwards, Jared Waerea-Hargreaves and Victor Radley from injury.
While the increase in experience should tip the balance in the Roosters’ favour, they would be wise not to underestimate the attacking prowess of the Titans. Young fullback Jayden Campbell has been a livewire in his first few games and David Fifita is running havoc on the right-side attack for the Titans.

Bet on the Roosters to Win – $1.28

Penrith Panthers vs South Sydney Rabbitohs (Qualifying Final)

September 11 – Queensland Country Bank Stadium – Townsville – 7.50pm

The Panthers appear to have the wood on the Rabbitohs, winning the last 6 matches between the two teams and this week should be no different. Penrith have more gears in attack than South Sydney and the Panthers are fully fit and available for selection.
The South Sydney Rabbitohs on the other hand, despite having arguably the best number 6 & 7 combination in the NRL, will sorely miss the suspended services of Latrell Mitchell at fullback. Any hopes that Souths had to win this match (and the Premiership) possibly disappeared in Mitchell’s moment of madness on the Roosters’ Joseph Manu. The best hope for Rabbitohs betting fans to take a few dollars away from the Penrith match-up, is to take advantage of the very generous Sportsbetting.com.au odds of +11.5 points @ $1.91 for South Sydney to finish within slightly less than two converted tries of Penrith.

Bet on the Panthers to Win – $1.25

Parramatta Eels vs Newcastle Knights (Elimination Final)

September 12 – Browne Park – Rockhampton – 4.05pm

Betting on the NRL rarely sees a finals match as open as this Elimination Final between the Eels and Knights. The bookies have the Eels as favourites, and if they play anything like the side that defeated the Storm a fortnight ago, they should win. However, the Knights rested their play makers last weekend with both Kalyn Ponga and Mitchell Pearce spending significant time sitting on the bench last weekend in Newcastle’s loss to the Broncos.
Newcastle are $2.90 outsiders with PlayUp if you fancy betting on an upset, but with many players coming back into the Eels line-up well-rested after a week off, Parramatta should be able to ease into Week 2 of the finals.

Bet on the Eels to Win – $1.44
