Wimbledon Woes
Swiatek has never seemed to feel at home in SW19, with Wimbledon being the only Grand Slam she has failed to reach the Quarter-Final stage. Grass is by far her least successful surface and it will be a concern for her - but she will working hard ahead of the US Open steal the title back off Coco Gauff.
Jabeur Dream Over
Elina Svitolina beat last year’s finalist Ons Jabeur in straight sets - 6-1, 7-6. Jabeur struggled to settle into the match early with far too many errors which gifted Svitolina a huge advantage. She planned to have a baby if she managed to beat Marketa Vondrousova in the 2023 final, however the wait goes on…

British hopeful Harriet Dart broke down in tears after her brutal loss against Xinyu Wang. Brits had high hopes of Harriet Dart after defeating 32nd seed Katie Boulter in the second round, however it was not to be.
