Euro 2024: Free Tips & Today's Best Bets | 23 June 2024

The final round of UEFA Euro 2024 Group Stage matches kicks off on 23 June with the last matches of Group A. Hosts Germany play second place Switzerland, while Scotland and Hungary battle it out to try to claim an important third-place slot.  

To help you get ready for the action, here are our Euro betting tips and predictions for both of these Group A matches.  

Both Teams To Score - YES ($1.72) | Playup 

Germany have lived up to their Euro favourites tag with two convincing victories against Hungary and Scotland. Jamal Musiala, Florian Wirtz, and Ilkay Gündoğan each could be in the running for best XI spots after just two games. 

Switzerland have proved to be strong two, with exciting matches against the same two sides as Germany. Xherdan Shaqiri was the star of the Swiss’ last game against Scotland with an insane thunderbolt goal to tie the match. Breel Embolo and Bologna’s Dan Ndoye have also looked dangerous.  

With so much talent on the pitch for both sides, we can’t see either team not scoring. 

Double Chance 2 - Switzerland to WIN or DRAW ($2.10) | QuestBet 

Germany have already qualified for the next round of Euro 2024. They have practically nothing to play for in this match. Switzerland, meanwhile, have to get at least a point to guarantee a place in the Euro 2024 knockout round.  

While we don’t think Germany will completely roll over for Switzerland, they definitely will play a rotated side. Switzerland will likely play close to a full-strength team.  

Given Switzerland’s talent and the quality they’ve shown so far this tournament, they are good money to get at least a draw against an unmotivated Germany team. 

Draw No Bet - Hungary ($1.84) | Bet Right 

The Scotland the soccer betting world expected to see at Euro 2024 showed up against Switzerland in their second match of the tournament. The Scots looked more controlled in possession and better organised in defence. They were still lacking that cutting edge up front though and could only score one goal.  

Hungary is another team who couldn’t buy a goal when they needed it. They came close so many times against Germany, but could not convert. The Hungarian’s efforts against Germany were impressive though. We like their chances in a do-or-die match against Scotland.
