The Guyana Amazon Warriors have enjoyed a good season and defeated the Saint Lucia Kings in the 1st Qualifier to book a berth in this game. However, their poor record in the final, with one win in seven appearances, means they will start this game with lower odds. The Trinbago Knight Riders knocked out the defending champions, Saint Lucia Kings, in the 2nd Qualifier. They have won the title four times and shall aim for a record fifth title in this contest. The stakes are high for both teams, and we expect a cracker of a contest.

Imran Tahir's side defended a small total against the Saint Lucia Kings in the last game. The 14-run win will make them confident on the batting front, but also add a few worries as far as the batting is concerned. Despite being the most consistent team in the tournament's history, they have a very poor record in the finals. Tahir would like his team to overcome the odds and grab their second title.  

The team expects a strong start in this game from Quentin Sampson and Ben McDermott as the Knight Riders’ bowlers will test them. Shai Hope is the top scorer this season with 479 runs, and he must build partnerships in the middle order with Shamarh Brooks and Shimron Hetmyer. Hassan Khan, Moeen Ali, and Dwaine Pretorius are powerful hitters and will look to add quick runs in the lower middle order.   

The bowling attack has been brilliant this season. Dwaine Pretorius and Romario Shepherd must get early breakthroughs in this game and put the team in a strong position.
