Arsenal vs Fulham: Predictions, Betting Tips & Odds
The match is over.
Unai Emery welcomes Claudio Ranieri’s Fulham side to the Emirates hoping to start the year off with three more points.
Unai Emery will be hoping that his Arsenal team can regain the winning ways of earlier in the season against a Fulham side that are in desperate need of points as they enter the New Year. The Gunners have not dipped in form alarmingly but if they are to keep in the hunt for a Champions League spot they will need to make sure they do not drop too many points – and a win against Fulham will be expected.
Fulham are enduring a tough first season back in the Premier League and although they have picked up a few points in the last few games, it does look like they will probably be involved in a relegation battle towards the end of the season. Most sports betting sites will have this one down as a home win and it would be a big surprise if that does not end up being the case.
Arsenal have not lost at home since the first day of the season and their fans have enjoyed seeing their side get back to the free flowing football of Wenger’s successful years. Their new look midfield and forward line have gelled in such a way that goals are almost expected – and with Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette the Fulham defenders can expect a tough afternoon.
Every game is important for Fulham as they attempt to build a points total that will see them surviving in the Premier League – but results against the top sides like Arsenal can be counted as a bonus with matches against the teams around them of more importance. Arsenal should have too much firepower for the Cottagers however and could end up running out 3-0 winners.
- Arsenal to win to nil
Fulham have played some nice football this season but have found it hard to get the goals they desperately need. That could continue to be a problem against Arsenal.
- Total goals over 3.5
When Arsenal turn it on they can be deadly and if Fulham are not on top form they could well find themselves on the end of a thrashing.

Head To Head
Arsenal won 5-1 at Craven Cottage earlier in the season and may well record another big victory at home. Fulham haven’t beaten the Gunners since 2012.
- Arsenal are keeping up with the other top sides when it comes to goals this season and a lot of that is down to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who leads the way in the Premier League.
- Fulham may be having trouble picking up points this season but they are still in the top half of the table when it comes to completed passes.
- Only Manchester City, Liverpool and Spurs have scored more goals than Arsenal this season but that could make all the difference when it comes to challenging for the title at the end of the season.
- Fulham have let in more goals than any other club in the Premier League and if that form continues then even their attractive style of play will not be enough to keep them up.
