Arizona Coyotes at Washington Capitals

  • Arizona Coyotes
  • November 11th, 2019, 7:00 pm ET, Capital One Arena
  • Washington Capitals

Tip – The Washington Capitals continue to prove they are an elite team in the Eastern Conference with the likes of Alexander Ovechkin, Evgeny Kuznetsov and Niklas Backstrom leading the way. Arizona has started the season better than most expected – especially on the road – but they will be in tough against one of the league’s best on Monday night. Expect the home side to get the job done with plenty of goals being scored as well.

Columbus Blue Jackets at Montreal Canadiens

  • Columbus Blue Jackets
  • November 12th, 2019, 7:00 pm ET, Bell Centre
  • Montreal Canadiens

Tip – The Montreal Canadiens have gotten the season started off on the right foot after barely missing the playoffs last year. They are playing in the very competitive Atlantic Division and understand how crucial every point is. While the Blue Jackets are a better team than they have showed early on, they will have quite the task on their hands at the Bell Centre against Montreal. Go with the home side to earn two very important points with the under also worth laying money on.

Chicago Blackhawks at Vegas Golden Knights

  • Chicago Blackhawks
  • November 13th, 2019, 10:00 pm ET, T-Mobile Arena
  • Vegas Golden Knights

Tip – Playing the Golden Knights at T-Mobile Arena remains one of the most difficult road trips in the entire NHL and the Blackhawks are fully aware. Since entering the league in 2017, Vegas has beaten Chicago all seven times they have met – including three games in Nevada. The Blackhawks are not a very good hockey team and will struggle to keep up with one of the top teams in the Western Conference. This could prove to be a long night for the visitors. Take Chicago to cruise to a victory on Wednesday night.

New York Rangers at Tampa Bay Lightning

  • New York Rangers
  • November 14th, 2019, 7:00 pm ET, Amalie Arena
  • Tampa Bay Lightning

Tip – The Tampa Bay Lightning have not looked anywhere near like the team we saw shatter regular season records last year as fans and media alike begin to raise concerns about whether the team really is as good as most had thought coming into the campaign. Andrei Vasilevskiy has looked okay in goal but has been far from great and has not been getting nearly as much help as he hoped. Victor Hedman also suffered an injury and it remains to be seen whether he will be back in time to take on the Rangers. Despite all Tampa Bay’s struggles though, they have been better at home than on the road and will like their chances against a disappointing Rangers’ side. Take the Lightning to get the win in front of their home fans.

Boston Bruins at Toronto Maple Leafs

  • Boston Bruins
  • November 15th, 2019, 7:00 pm ET, Scotiabank Arena
  • Toronto Maple Leafs

Tip – As Boston continues to demonstrate why they were Stanley Cup finalists last season, Toronto struggles to prove they are a top team in the Eastern Conference. While an injury to John Tavares hasn’t help them to start the season, they haven’t looked great even when he does play. He will be in the lineup Friday night against the Bruins though and the Maple Leafs understand how important a victory is to keep up with Boston. While the Bruins have been the far better team so far, expect Toronto to come into this one motivated and eager to send a message in their own building. Go with the Maple Leafs to squeak out a difficult victory against a very good Boston side.

Ottawa Senators at Buffalo Sabres

  • Ottawa Senators
  • November 16th, 2019, 7:00 PM ET, First Niagara Center
  • Buffalo Sabres

Tip – A night after hosting the Philadelphia Flyers, the Ottawa Senators travel to Buffalo to take on the Sabres in an Atlantic Division showdown. While Buffalo has exceeded all expectations and are competing for a top spot in the standings, Ottawa remains in the basement of the Eastern Conference just trying to stay relevant. The fact that they come into Saturday night’s contest on the second half of a back-to-back certainly won’t help their cause and they could be in for a long night in Buffalo. The Sabres have looked terrific under new head coach Ralph Krueger who has his side firing on all cylinders. Take Buffalo to earn another impressive victory at the First Niagara Center in regulation time.
