Antonio Conte’s Inter travel to Catalonia to face the Blaugrana at the Camp Nou for game day two of group F.
Barcelona weld held to a goalless draw by Borussia Dortmund in Germany on game day one, Inter, on the other hand had to come from behind to scrape a 1-1 draw with Slavia Prague at San Siro. Both sides will be looking to pick up the maximum points in this one, but could end up playing themselves into a stalemate.
BARCELONA TO WIN AND BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE
Lionel Messi has recovered from his injury worries but is still lacking match sharpness, however, he should be joined up front for this one by Luis Suarez and Antoine Griezmann to make a formidable frontline. Inter on the other hand will rely on Romelu Lukaku to lead the line and he could be supported by Lautaro Martinez and Alexis Sanchez.
GAME TO END WITH OVER 4.5 GOALS
Barcelona have been struggling in La Liga this season by their standards losing to Real Betis and Granada in their opening five matches, Inter, on the other hand are sitting top of Serie A with five wins out of five. The Nerazzurri could prove to be a difficult team for the Spanish champions to be facing now, but with Messi back on the field the Blaugrana can’t be written off.
BARCELONA TO WIN BY A ONE GOAL MARGIN
This game could be a belter with both sides looking to take the three points and kick start their Champions League campaigns. We could get lucky to watch a bunch of goals flying in as two top teams go head to head.
GAME TO END 3-2

Head to Head
These two sides last met in the Champions League last year – Barcelona won 2-0 at home in the group stage while Inter fought to a 1-1 draw at San Siro. These teams have met eight times in the Champions League in total and it is Barca with four wins that come out on top in the head to head, the Nerazzurri have managed just one win, a 3-1 victory on their way to lifting the title in 2010. Meanwhile there have been three draws played out during that time, all in Italy.
The match to end in a Barcelona win.
Barcelona’s good home form in the Champions League should be enough to see them through this game, however they do have several injury concerns going into this one. Jordi Alba and Samuel Umtiti will miss out while Lionel Messi, who was taken off at half time against Villarreal, will sit out the weekend game with Getafe and will face a race to be fit in time for the clash with the Nerazzurri.
For Inter, this is a massive test for new Coach Antonio Conte who has assembled a competitive team for Serie A, however he will be judged by his results in Europe as he has struggled to do well on the continent with both Juventus and Chelsea in recent years.
