Fulham vs Tottenham: Predictions, Betting Tips & Odds
Claudio Ranieri welcomes Tottenham to Craven Cottage for this London derby, desperate to get some more wins under his belt.
Fulham may well consider themselves unlucky to lose to Burnley last time out without their opponents recording a single shot on goal. But two own goals sank the Cottagers and they are now facing the very real prospect of a difficult relegation battle. Getting three points against Tottenham will be no mean feat however and it looks like things could get much worse for the West London side.
Spurs came up against a rejuvenated Manchester United – and a world-beating David De Gea – at Wembley last week and will be hoping that a visit to Fulham will be much more straightforward. Tottenham should have too much for their hosts although Moussa Sissoko will be missed if the injury he picked up against United keeps him out of this one.
Fulham have only won three Premier League games all season and most sports betting sites have them favourites to go down. They do actually have a few players that can really turn on the style but they have been very weak defensively and will probably struggle against the likes of Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen here.
Spurs are just about still in the race for the title – although most onlookers will regard Liverpool and Manchester City as firm favourites. Two defeats in their last three league games – both at home – will undermine belief in Mauricio Pochettino’s men being able to win the league but they will be too good for Fulham. This should end in a 2-0 win for the visitors.
Spurs to win to nil at 19/10
Spurs will want the three points to keep the pressure on at the top of the Premier League and it is unlikely that Fulham will offer up much resistance.
Spurs to win 2-0 at 17/2
Tottenham have scored a lot of goals this season in the games they have won – six at Everton and five at home to Bournemouth – but the three points is the most important thing here and a comfortable, if unspectacular, victory could be on the cards.

Head to Head
Fulham haven’t beaten Spurs since 2013 and haven’t won this fixture at Craven Cottage for over 10 years. Don’t expect that to change this season.
- Harry Kane had a goal against Manchester United disallowed for offside but he still heads the Premier League goal scoring table alongside Mo Salah and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on 14.
- Fulham need to score more goals if they are to stand a chance of staying up this season – and it would help if they didn’t get caught offside so much. No other team has been pulled up as much as the Cottagers.
- After the short trip to Craven Cottage, Spurs will enjoy three home matches against Watford, Newcastle and Leicester so could really put some pressure on Liverpool and Manchester City at the top of the table.
- Fulham have let in more goals than any other side in the Premier League this season and a poor goal difference could well be one of the reasons that they are relegated in May.
