Champions Juventus travel to Florence this weekend to face a struggling Fiorentina side at the Stadio Artemio Franchi on Saturday.
Juventus have the hoodoo over Fiorentina in the past couple of seasons and there is no sign of that run ending any time soon.
JUVENTUS TO WIN BY ONE GOAL
Juventus have won three of the past seven meetings against Fiorentina by two goals to one, and that could be why the bookies expect something similar again.
MATCH TO END WITH OVER 2.5 GOALS
Cristiano Ronaldo scored the Bianconeri’s third goal in the 4-3 defeat of Napoli in the last match before the international break. The Portuguese superstar is 3/1 with 10Bet to score the first goal of this tie.
RONALDO TO SCORE FIRST AT 3/1
Fiorentina will have their work cut out for them to get something out of this game, the Champions have wide selection of attacking options to choose from and will cause the Viola’s backline at lot of problems.
GAME TO END 1-2
Head to Head
The last meeting between these side in Florence ended as a 3-0 win for Juventus. The Bianconeri have the better of the historical head to head winning 29 of the last 51 ties. La Viola on the other hand have only won seven matches in that time frame while there have been 15 draws.
The match to end in a Juve win
Fiorentina need to pick up something out of this game and turn around a desperate winless run that goes back to February. French veteran Franck Ribery could potentially get a start in this one as La Viola will need every bit of experience that they have on the pitch.
Juventus, on the other hand, will be looking to make it three wins out of three and cement their spot at the top of the table. Giorgio Chiellini is ruled out long term with a cruciate ligament injury and right-back Mattia De Sciglio will also miss out.
