Champions League Semi-Final Second Leg Betting Preview

Champions League Semi-Final Preview and Predictions

Liverpool were a joy to watch during their 5-2 victory at Anfield. They were rampant during the first leg of their Champions League semi-final and they have rightly been made the favourites to progress to the final. Mo Salah was unplayable against his former club and is likely to be instrumental once again when the sides meet at Stadio Olimpico.

According to our predictions, the Reds are expected to narrowly edge this contest but it could be a tight and closely contested 90 minutes.

Jurgen Klopp’s side are likely to pour forward at every opportunity once again and are available at 13/8 to make it back-to-back wins against the Serie A side. Roma are priced at 29/20 with Boylesports and they’ve already mounted an unexpected comeback this season when knocking Barcelona out of the competition.

The hosts are likely to be extremely dangerous and should not be written off in this tie. Edin Dzeko is likely to give the Liverpool defence plenty to think about and he is priced at 51/10 to open the scoring.

It is expected to be a low-scoring game and Both Teams to Score? No is available at 11/5 which offers plenty of value.

Bayern Aiming to Mount a Comeback at the Bernabeu

Real Madrid take a 2-1 advantage into the second leg and will be fancied by many punters to book their place in the Champions League final.

Zinedine Zidane’s side start as the favourites in the second leg at evens but Bayern could be dangerous at the Santiago Bernabeu according to our predictions.

The Bundesliga side are 9/4 to turn the tie around but Jupp Heynckes will have to cope without Jerome Boateng who is likely to miss the remainder of the season.

Neutrals will be expecting another entertaining 90 minutes of Champions League football but it could be a tight, cagey affair with neither side wanting to take too many risks. Under 2.5 Goals is available at 2/1 with Boylesports.

The holders have endured an underwhelming season in La Liga but they will be confident of booking their place in the Champions League final which takes place in Ukraine at the end of May.
