Laba360 Review

Laba360: Main Review

Laba360 is one of the newest brands in the online gambling scene, having opened its doors to UK customers during 2018.

The company signed a multi-year deal with Premier League club Burnley to help build its profile and the club’s own across the world.

The betting brand will be featured on Burnley’s shirts, at their home stadium of Turf Moor and across the club’s social media channels.

Laba360’s website is aesthetically-pleasing, although it is fair to say that some elements are still in need of improvements.

From the homepage punters can navigate to either Live Betting, Sportsbook, Casino, News or Last-Minute bets across a variety of sports.

The sportsbook’s design takes a little getting used to, with punters able to toggle through different types of layouts.

Clicking the ‘Dashboard’ link sets up the page in the most user-friendly format. The sports menu on the left-hand side of the site focuses heavily on football, with handy links prominently positioned to all the top competitions from across the world.

Popular sports like tennis, basketball, ice hockey, American Football and others are listed further down. However, horse racing is not currently available on the site.

A betting slip is situated on the right-hand side, while the central area features either pre-match or live markets dependent on which sport you have selected.

A nice feature on Laba360 is ‘Live Multiview’ which allows users to add multiple events they can track in one place. This negates the need to navigate between pages or keep multiple tabs open.

There is a good selection of markets available, particularly for football, while the odds offered are competitive in comparison with other popular bookmakers.

Laba360 offers a welcome bonus to new players, but ongoing promotions are a little sparse. Customer service options are also in need of improvement, with email the only method of support listed on the site.

Mobile site & apps

Laba360’s site has been optimised to work on mobile via your browser, but there is no app available to download.

Customers can access the full range of sports available on desktop and choose from the same range of pre-match and live markets.

Live betting on the mobile homepage feels a little cluttered, but everything is laid out much clearer when you click through to the portal. Live streaming is also available on selected events.

The login process is easy, with players able to access all payment methods to deposit or withdraw from their account.

Users can also visit the Laba360 casino via mobile, ensuring that you can enjoy your favourite games at a time and place of your choosing.

Deposit options

Laba360 offers a basic range of banking methods including credit/debit cards and e-Wallets. Visa, Mastercard, Skrill and Neteller are the most popular options available, although there are also a handful of others to choose from.

All deposits are free and processed instantly, but there is a £10,000 limit in place for each method. Withdrawals back to the same payment method are also free, with the processing time listed as 12 hours. Your winnings are generally credited back to your chosen payment method within 2-3 working days.

Contact and customer support

Email is the quickest way to contact the customer support team. There is also a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ section, although many of the answers are not listed. Laba360 can be contacted as follows:

  • Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/LaBa360

Conclusions icon

Conclusions

Laba360 have clearly worked hard to get their sportsbook up-and-running, but there are a few areas still in need of improvement.

In-play bettors will love the choice of live markets on offer, while live streaming on sports such as tennis and football is certainly an added bonus.

The introduction of horse racing would improve the site and better promotions are needed as awareness of the brand grows.

Customer service options will also need boosting, while the introduction of an app would enhance Laba360’s mobile offering.

However, innovative features like ‘Live Multiview’ highlight that the company thinks about ways it can make its customers’ lives easier and other improvements seem sure to follow.

Having linked-up with a Premier League club it is clear that Laba360 are eager to grow in the UK and they are a brand worth watching as they develop.
