JAX Jaguars (+5) at TEN Titans (-5)

Tip-  The Jaguars put a major dent in one divisional rival’s playoff hopes a week ago, and will try to do the same to another division rival this week. Since defeating the Patriots four weeks ago, the Titans have really struggled. They lost two out of three games, and had to scrap for a victory against the Jets last week. Jacksonville gets Leonard Fournette back in the lineup in time to face off against a Titans defense who surrendered 156 yards a week ago. Jacksonville’s stout defense should come to play Sunday.

IND Colts (+4) at HOU Texans (-4)

Tip – The Texans are the hottest team in the league, winning nine straight games in a row. Lamar Miller has averaged 132.5 yards a game over the past two weeks. This week Miller gets a Colts defense who, just two weeks ago, surrendered 113 yards on the ground to the Miami Dolphins, the 24th ranked rush offense in football. Indianapolis struggled mightily one a week ago, and will need to bounce back this week to have any hope of making the playoffs. Yet, the Texans have won their past two games by an average of 16.5 points.

NY Giants (-3.5) at WAS Redskins (+3.5)

Tip – A month ago if I would have told you the Giants would be favored on the road against Washington, you would have called me crazy, but that’s how this league works. The ‘Skins are on their third QB, Mr. Butt Fumble himself, Mark Sanchez. Sanchez’s limitations were on full display last Monday night, as he failed to average even five yards per pass attempt. Even without Landon Collins, the Giants D will still be sitting on short-to-intermediate routes all day. Don’t be surprised to see a few Big Blue defenders visiting the endzone before the day is over. Giants should cover.

CAR Panthers (-2) at CLE Browns (+2)

CLE BrownsCLE Browns

Tip – The Panthers are in in self-destruction mode ever since surrendering 52 points to the Steelers in a week ten loss. That game started a four game win streak for Carolina, after originally starting the season 6-2. Even in their streak of losses, the Panthers trio of Christian McCaffrey, DJ Moore, and Curtis Samuel, have all elevated their game. The versatile trio should help get the Panthers back in the win column this week as they fight for their playoff lives vs. a Browns team that is coming off a 16-point loss, during which Baker Mayfield tossed three interceptions.

DAL Cowboys (-3.5) at PHI Eagles (+3.5)

Tip – Dallas just announced themselves to the world as true title contenders, as they dismantled the beloved New Orleans Saints on national TV a week ago. However, they may not be the only contenders in the previously laughed-on NFC East. The Birds have won two in a row, and only sit one game behind the ‘Boys in the standings. Josh Adams has added a reliable back in the run game for Philly, and while he will have his hands full vs. the star-studded linebacking corp of the Cowboys, he should be able to keep the defense honest. The combo of Wentz and Ertz should manage to stay within 3.5 points at home this Sunday afternoon.
