Chelsea vs Slavia Praha: Predictions, Betting Tips & Odds – Europa League complete

Chelsea’s win in Prague puts them in the driving seat but this tie is far from over as Slavia Prague travel to west London.
Chelsea’s attempts of qualifying for next season’s Champions League may be faltering but the bookies still have the Premier league club as favourites for winning the Europa League. A 1-0 lead from Prague should be enough going into the second leg – and Maurizio Sarri will be hoping that a trophy would silence his many critics.
Slavia Prague surprised even the sports betting sites by only losing by the solitary goal in the first leg. But now they need to defeat Chelsea at their own ground and that seems like too much of an ask for the Czech side even taking into consideration the inspirational defeat of Sevilla in the round of 16.
Chelsea have not lost a single game at home in the Europa League this season and have made it this far without much trouble at all. Away wins in both the round of 32 and round 16 first legs have given the club the perfect chance to progress and it seems likely that trend will continue against Slavia Prague.
Slavia Prague have really battled to get to this stage of the Europa League but it seems as though it may be the end of the road for Jindrich Trpisovsky’s side. They were written off after the 2-2 first leg draw against Sevilla and came back to win the tie 6-5 on aggregate but Chelsea have been formidable at home and could win this one 2-0.
Chelsea to win to nil
Although Slavia Prague need to win this to go through, Chelsea’s defence should be able to withstand the visitors’ attacks.
Total goals under 2.5 at Evens
Chelsea know that they just have to stop Slavia Prague scoring and they are through.

- Alongside Eintracht Frankfurt and Sevilla, Chelsea have scored the most goals in this season’s Europa League with 26 in just 11 games.
- After scoring just four goals in six group games Slavia Prague have now added ten in their five knock out games.
