Tip –The Toronto Maple Leafs look to cement their place in the top three of the Atlantic Division with the Montreal Canadiens hot in pursuit. Toronto pulled off a big win Saturday night against the Canadiens, but will not have it easy against division rivals the Buffalo Sabres on Monday night. Sabres’ goaltender Linus Ullmark suffered a minor upper-body injury and it remains to be seen whether he will be available to start for the Sabres on Monday evening, but expect to see Carter Hutton in between the posts for Buffalo. The Maple Leafs will like their chances of a home win though and they would be a smart play on all relevant betting sites.

Tip –The Buffalo Sabres will be playing their second road game in two nights and could be in real trouble if Linus Ullmark is still not ready to play from the opening minute. Ullmark was on the bench to back up Carter Hutton on Saturday night in Buffalo’s 5-2 win against the Washington Capitals, but there are still questions surrounding whether he is capable of playing an entire game. While the Philadelphia Flyers may be out of the playoff picture, they have been flying high with 20-year-old goaltending sensation Carter Hart. Although he was benched on Saturday night for the Stadium Series game against the Pittsburgh Penguins, the youngster should be back and ready to prove a point in this one. Take the home side and the under in what should be a tightly contested affair.

Tip –The Tampa Bay Lightning sit comfortably atop the Atlantic Division and should remain there for the duration of the regular season. They have proven themselves to be one of the best teams in the entire NHL and might have the most complete roster. The Rangers have been much better at home this season than on the road, but will still be in tough against a seemingly unstoppable Lightning side that has not lost in regulation time since January 30th against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Take the visitors to earn a crucial two points with the over also worth laying money on.

Edmonton Oilers at Toronto Maple Leafs

Tip –The struggling Edmonton Oilers pay a visit to Toronto to take on their Canadian rivals the Maple Leafs in an important midweek battle. The Oilers were forced to play in Nashville on Monday and will be playing in yet another time zone just two days later. They will likely be feeling the effects of fatigue against a motivated Maple Leafs’ team. Edmonton will have superstar Connor McDavid back in the lineup for this one, as he returns from a two-game suspension for his hit on Nick Leddy of the New York Islanders. Even with McDavid back for the Oilers though, the Maple Leafs should cruise to a victory in regulation time.

Vegas Golden Knights ***Vegas Golden Knights

Tip –The Vegas Golden Knights continue to be one of the hottest teams in the NHL when playing in their own building. Picking up points in 21 of their first 31 games at T-Mobile Arena is the biggest reason they currently find themselves in third place in the competitive Pacific Division. Expect the good times to keep rolling against a Florida Panthers’ side that doesn’t have much left to play for and has been terrible on the road this year. Take the home side and the under on your favourite betting sites.

TipFans of the Ottawa Senators have begun to turn on their team as the club begin tearing the roster apart. Matt Duchene was traded away to the Columbus Blue Jackets on Friday and the team could be in for a long night against the Lightning on Saturday. Ottawa might be the worst team in the league at the moment and expect Tampa Bay to take full advantage. It could be all over at Amalie Arena before it even starts. Take the home side to win by multiple goals with the over looking like a lock as well.
