TOR Raptors (2.07) at SA Spurs (1.79)

TOR Raptors

Thursday 1/3 8:00 PM (ET),
AT&T Center

SA Spurs

Tip – Kawhi Leonard makes his long awaited return to San Antonio on Thursday night. Leonard’s Raptors have dominated in the first half of the basketball season, currently placing second in the NBA’s Eastern Conference standings. Yet, it’s been Pop’s Spurs that have quietly become one of the most lucrative teams on online betting sites. The Spurs are 24-8 ATS in their last 32 home games, and 12-3-1 ATS in their last 16 games overall. San Antonio, now winners of three out of their last four have a great chance of Kawhi’s return to the Lone Star State.

HOU Rockets (3.95) at GS Warriors (1.27)

HOU Rockets

Thursday 1/3 10:30 PM (ET),
Oracle Arena

GS Warriors

Tip – Houston, who just a few weeks ago looked dead in the water, have ripped off five straight wins. They enter this game vs. Golden State as likely road underdogs. Yet, recent betting site’s trends bold well for Houston. The Rockets are 9-1-1 ATS in their last 11 games. Golden State on the other hand, is an alarming 4-13 ATS in their last 17 contests vs. Western Conference opponents.

CHA Hornets (1.62) at DEN Nuggets (2.35)

CHA Hornets

Saturday 1/5 5:00 PM (ET)
Pepsi Center

DEN Nuggets

Tip – The Nuggets come in 0-5 ATS in their last five games, despite sitting atop the Western Conference standings. Charlotte is 7-8 ATS on the road this season. Kemba Walker will get his against Denver point guard Torrey Craig. Despite Kemba’s success, Charlotte will have issues getting any other offensive threats going vs. the NBA’s 3rd ranked defense.

TOR Raptors (TBD) at MIL Bucks (TBD)

TOR Raptors

Saturday 1/5 8:30 PM (ET)
Fiserv Forum

MIL Bucks

Tip – Kawhi is coming off a career night on Tuesday, where he scored 45 points. Points may be slightly more difficult to come by vs. a Milwaukee team that has surrendered just 98 points or less to opposing teams in four of their last five games. A battle between the two best Western Conference teams the NBA has to offer will all but likely come down to the wire. Betting sites odds will lean in Milwaukee’s favor, as they have dropped just six games ATS at home this season. Toronto on the other hand, owns a below .500 overall record ATS.

HOU Rockets (TBD) at POR Trail Blazers (TBD)

HOU Rockets

Saturday 1/5 10:00 PM (ET)
Moda Center

POR Trail Blazers

Tip – Houston’s offensive firepower will be too much for a Portland defense that ranks in the bottom half of the NBA in points surrendered. Over Houston’s past seven contests, the Rockets have scored an average of 114.9 ppg. Houston games have not hit the over in 14 of their last 19 contests when coming off a game where the scored 100 points or more. They haven’t scored under 100 points in five games.

IND Pacers (TBD) at TOR Raptors (TBD)

IND Pacers

Sunday 1/6 7:30 PM (ET)
Scotiabank Arena

TOR Raptors

Tip –Indiana is 5-1 ATS in their last six games, while Toronto has struggled all season in covering the spread. Indiana’s putrid offensive scoring output matched up with a Toronto defense that ranks 8th in basketball will likely trend this game towards hitting the under, an outcome that has occurred in two of Toronto’s past three games.
