TipDetroit has been a better’s dream in recent weeks, going 7-2 ATS in their last nine contests. They are 4-0-1 ATS in their last five games vs. teams with winning records, and 3-0-1 ATS when playing on the road. Andre Drummond has been absurd of late, averaging 17 and 17 over his last nine games. Pacers have surrendered at least 19 points to opposing centers in five straight games.

Tip – Toronto is one of the best teams in all of the NBA, yet in terms of betting they’ve been the epitome of average. The Raptors have gone 5-5 ATS in their last five games. Even worse, they have struggled to cover spreads when playing in their home arena. Toronto is just 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games at Scotiabank Arena. Orlando has made their money by playing up to their competition, going an impressive 13-3-1 ATS in their last 17 contests vs. teams with winning records.

Tip – No team has been more disappointing since the all-star break than the Celtics. Boston is just 2-8 ATS in their last ten games, losing all six of their past six contests ATS at home. Miami is one of the NBA’s best road teams in terms of covering the spread. The Heat have gone 22-8 over their past 30 games away from home. Miami has gone 4-0 ATS vs. Boston in their last four head-to-head matchups. To better further Miami’s case, Al Horford and Kyrie Irving were ruled out for Saturday’s game vs. Brooklyn, and their availability on Monday is bleak at the moment.

Tip – Brooklyn may be the NBA’s biggest surprise this season, and they must continue their stellar play over the next ten days to lock up a playoff spot in the East. Unfortunately for Brooklyn they endure what may be the toughest schedule to close out the regular season in all of basketball, starting with Milwaukee coming to town on Monday. The Bucks are 33-16-3 ATS over the past 53 games, and have covered the spread in nine of their last 11 games vs. teams with winning records. Giannis is coming off a 34-point outing in his last game, and Brooklyn lacks the elite defender qualified to tame the Greek Freak’s offensive prowess.

Tip – The Warriors feel as if the refs robbed them during Friday’s OT loss vs. Minnesota. While the final seconds were thrilling to say the least, a closer look shows that Golden State may have been reaching at straws in their post game comments. Either way, an upset Warriors team is not one that I would like to see. Denver, coming off a victory vs. OKC, has not won back-to-back contests in five straight games. The Nuggets are just 4-6 ATS in their last ten games, while Golden State is in a battle to lock up the top seed in the West as the regular season comes to a close.

Tip – It is likely that Joel Embiid will return from his three-game road trip absence in time for Thursday’s matchup with Milwaukee. While Embiid’s availability will surely add a boost for Philly, it may not help on the betting side of things. The 76ers are just 1-3 ATS in their last four home games. Milwaukee is a staggering 20-7-1 ATS in their last 28 games vs. the Eastern Conference, and they’ve also gone 9-2 ATS in their last 11 road games vs. teams with winning records.
