NRL 2018 – Round 14 Preview – Odds, Predictions & Tips
Canberra Stadium – 08/06/2018
Tip – Penrith welcome back a host of Origin stars for their visit to the nation’s capital. The Raiders have been relatively unaffected by Origin and should win.
CBus Super Stadium, Gold Coast – 08/06/2018
Tip – This one could be way closer than all the pundits predict. Maybe, the English Burgess boys (who don’t play State of Origin) just slightly sway this match in the Rabbits favour.
Brookvale Oval, Manly – 09/06/2018
Tip – Another team with a hint of the wobbles about them. travel across the Tasman to do battle with the Sea Eagles. Whilst playing-at-home makes the Sea Eagles a 10-point-better side, the Warriors should be well rested after the bye and post a win.
Newcastle International Sports Centre – 09/06/2018
Tip – Cooper Cronk has manoeuvred teams around for more wins in post-Origin games than just about anyone else. He should do it again on Saturday against the Knights.
TIO Stadium, Darwin – 09/06/2018
Tip – A battle of who could be the ‘least worst’. North Queensland are looking tired but may find Darwin’s tropical heat to their liking to spring a win over the Eels.
Shark Park, Cronulla – 10/06/2018
Tip – The impressive Sharks to continue their climb up the ladder with a victory over West Tigers.
AAMI Park, Melbourne – 10/06/2018
Tip – Make sure to watch to see how much spring Cameron Smith will have in his step by not playing Origin for the first time in 15 years this week. The Storm to win.
ANZ Stadium, Sydney – 11/06/2018
Tip – The Dragons’ Origin Stars will appreciate the extra time off and as such, should easily account for the Dogs in the Queen’s Birthday Holiday Monday clash.
