ORL Magic (+12) at TOR Raptors (-12) ORL Magic Game 5 (TOR leads 3-1) Wednesday 4/24 9:00 AM Scotiabank Arena TOR Raptors Bet with Betstar Tip – Despite a slip up in game two, Orlando has remained persistent and competitive throughout the series. Toronto being favored by a whopping 12 points is a head scratching spread to say the least. An Orlando victory in game 5 would be a major swing in the series, putting the Magic down just 3-2, with game six returning to Florida. Orlando is undefeated ATS in the last five games following an ATS loss. All four games of this series have hit the UNDER. BK Nets (+8.5) at PHI 76ers (-8.5) BK Nets Game 5 (PHI leads 3-1) Wednesday 4/24 10:00 AM Wells Fargo Center Philadelphia PHI 76ers Bet with Betstar Tip – Jared Dudley has become America’s most beloved villain overnight, thanks to his antics on and off the basketball court. All the hoopla has equated to minimal Nets success. Dudley’s behavior has seemed to only fuel Joel Embiid, who Dudley has referred to as a “nobody.” This “nobody” is coming off a 31 point 16 rebound game, and has dominated the series averaging a 27-13 line. There’s no reason to believe that Jarrett Allen will slow down Philly’s big in game 5. Favorites in the past five head-to-head matchups are 4-1 ATS. Brooklyn is now just 1-4 ATS in their last five meetings with Philadelphia. SA Spurs (+6) at DEN Nuggets (-6) SA Spurs Game 5 (Series tied 2-2) Wednesday 4/24 11:30 AM Pepsi Center DEN Nuggets Bet with Betstar Tip – The most compelling series in the NBA playoffs thus far, San Antonio and Denver will look to capture a series lead come Tuesday. DeMar DeRozan will be available for game 5, albeit with lighter pockets, after chucking a ball in the direction of a referee in game 4. The Spurs are undefeated ATS in their last four contests following a double-digit loss. Denver has won just six ATS games vs. San Antonio in their last 22 meetings. All but three of those games have hit the UNDER in the last 14 home games for Denver. San Antonio has hit the UNDER in five of their last six games when playing on two days rest. OKC Thunder (+3.5) at POR Trail Blazers (-3.5) OKC Thunder Game 5 (POR leads 3-1) Wednesday 4/24 12:30 AM Moda Center POR Trail Blazers Bet with Betstar Tip – Damian Lillard has cemented himself as the best player in a series littered with All-Stars. Yet, the most surprising aspect of the series is the fact that Lillard’s stellar play has somewhat thrown Russell Westbrook aloof, with Westbrook shooting just 5-of-21 from the field in game 4. Portland is 21-8 ATS in their last 29 games when playing on one day of rest, and are 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall. OKC is just 2-6 ATS in their last eight meetings with the Blazers. In the past six meetings in Portland between the Thunder and the Trail Blazers, five have hit the UNDER. LA Clippers (+14) at GS Warriors (-14) LA Clippers Game 5 (GS Leads 3-1) Thursday 4/25 12:30 PM Oracle Arena GS Warriors Bet with Betstar Tip – Golden State was caught asleep at the wheel in game 2. Since then they’ve responded with some of their best ball of the season. Not many teams could lose an All-Star caliber player like DeMarcus Cousins and still play to the level that Golden State has. Yet, not many teams have four other All-Stars at their disposal. Los Angeles is extremely overmatched, and while 14 points seems like a lot to give to a team, it would be hard to envision a scenario where the Warriors don’t run the Clippers off the court. Golden State is now 4-1 ATS in their last five home games vs. teams with a winning record. In the past 15 head-to-head matchups between these two franchises the OVER has been hit 11 times.
