West Coast Eagles ($1.20) vs Essendon Bombers ($4.50)

Optus Stadium, Perth – 21/06/2018

Tip – AFL returns to Perth after a week off. The Eagles will be smarting and looking to atone for their difficult loss in Sydney last weekend and the Bombers fresh after a week off. Is that the type of equation that relates to a potential upset?

Either way, the Bombers are closer to the Eagles than the bookies suggest.

Port Adelaide Power ($1.57) vs Melbourne Demons ($2.40)

Adelaide Oval – 22/06/2018

Tip– The Power are coming good towards the right end of the season in order to make a Premiership push. Expect the big and parochial Adelaide Oval crowd to help Port over the line (just) against the tough Melbourne Demons.

Hawthorn Hawks ($1.07) vs Gold Coast Suns ($8.50)

UTAS Stadium, Launceston, Tasmania – 23/06/2018

Tip –The chilly temperatures in Tasmania will have the poor Suns wishing they were back on the Gold Coast. Expect the Hawks to win – by plenty!

Brisbane Lions ($3.65) vs Greater Western Sydney Giants ($1.28)

The Gabba, Brisbane – 23/06/2018

Tip – The Giants are ripe for the taking and the Lions are primed for the upset. If the Giants lose here, their season could be over. Don’t expect the Lions to hand them the win on a platter. Could be very, very close.

Western Bulldogs ($4.85) vs North Melbourne Kangaroos ($1.18)

Etihad Stadium, Melbourne – 23/06/2018

Tip– The Dogs are injury-ravaged and the Kangaroos have been great in 2018 for a side that lacks genuine superstars. North Melbourne to win at Etihad.

Collingwood Magpies ($1.07) vs Carlton Blues ($8.50)

MCG – 24/06/2018

Tip – In the lone Sunday game in this shortened split round of the AFL, the Magpies are looking for a percentage booster over the Blues to cement their spot in the Top 8. Collingwood to win by a cricket score.

Round 14 Byes (Week Off) – Adelaide Crows, Fremantle Dockers, Geelong Cats, Richmond Tigers, St Kilda Saints, Sydney Swans.
